Return Authorization (RA) Number:

Returns without a valid RA number may not be accepted.
Return Shipping:
- Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a trackable and insured shipping method to ensure the safe return of your items.
Refunds:

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, the refund will be processed to the original payment method within 60 business days, excluding any shipping charges.
