Returns Eligibility:

  • We accept returns for eligible products within 30 days from the date of delivery.

  • To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and in its original packaging.

Return Authorization (RA) Number:

  • Before returning any item, you must obtain a Return Authorization (RA) number. To request an RA number, please contact our customer support team at shop@rumblestripgarage.com.

  • Returns without a valid RA number may not be accepted.

Return Shipping:

  • Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a trackable and insured shipping method to ensure the safe return of your items.

Refunds:

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, the refund will be processed to the original payment method within 60 business days, excluding any shipping charges.

  • Refunds may be subject to currency conversion fees or exchange rate fluctuations, which are beyond our control.

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Some items are non-returnable for hygiene and safety reasons, including but not limited to, helmets, pants, shirts, gloves, etc.

Exchanges:

  • We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please follow the return process as outlined above and then place a new order for the desired item.

Damaged or Defective Items:

  • If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer support team within 7 days of delivery. We will work with you to provide a replacement or refund, depending on product availability and your preference.

Cancellations:

  • To cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible. If your order has not yet shipped, we will cancel it and issue a full refund.
